Please be sure to include the tickets (photocopies will not be accepted), as well as your name, address, and a phone number you can be reached at. Only tickets eligible for refund will be refunded. Events that are eligible for refund are listed below. Some events will have a refund cutoff date. Tickets must be received by that date to be eligible for refund. CANCELLED. From the producers: Due to production and scheduling issues, the upcoming Super WHY! Live show on Friday, April 19, 2013 at Brady Theater has been cancelled. Refunds will be granted to all ticket buyers. We apologize for any inconvenience.
-All tickets purchased with a Credit Card will be AUTOMATICALLY REFUNDED back to the Credit Card used to purchase. Please Allow 7-14 Business Days for the money to post back to your account depending on your bank's refund policies.
-Tickets purchased with Cash, at an Outlet must be mailed in to Protix for a refund. We recommend sending these tickets certified mail, as Protix is NOT responsible for lost or stolen tickets. Tickets must be received/postmarked by 04/30/13 at 5PM (CST) to be eligible for a refund.
